Work-Life Balance is Utter Nonsense!
There isn’t any such thing as work-life balance. Work flows into the home and home flows into work, and yes we need to have a balance but it’s a different kind of balance.

As you drive into this month, try to keep in mind what you control... your actions, your words, your love, and most definitely your attitude.
“It’s the most wonderful time of the year!” 🎶 Or is it?
Christmas can be such a wonderful time of year, and it can also be one of the most challenging. I once heard a saying that goes something like this, “We are all in the same storm but certainly not the same boat.” And I think Christmas is a great example of that as we all experience the associated stress differently.
Your focus, is it helping or hindering?
Does it feel like you are experiencing it all over again with the same emotional and physical feelings? Do you get all riled up again every time you tell it?
If the answer is yes, then you would be correct. Every time we repeat it, it’s like it’s happening to us all over again, and sometimes it can feel worse than it felt the first time around.
Are we being feelings-driven or purpose-driven?
Our positive habits can easily get sidetracked when we are especially busy, stressed or otherwise occupied. I believe the answer is in how we make choices – are we being feelings-driven or purpose-driven?
Procrastination - Why do today, what can wait till tomorrow?
Why Do today what can wait till tomorrow. It’s funny when we hear things like that, and we are certainly all guilty of postponing things temporarily... or indefinitely in some cases.
Do you sometimes feel upside down?
We have struggled, been isolated in a storm, and have muddled through the difficulties of the recent past. If you worry excessively, find yourself quick to temper, are low in patience, take things personally, make assumptions that later bite you in the butt, and say and do things you regret, you are probably feeling the mental effects of this last year

It’s all about self-awareness and growth for you and the people you love, and it can completely change how you see the world. So I share this story with you.
